This chapter described the advancements in development of nanostructured supported material and enzyme immobilization techniques. The functionalized nanomaterials extremely affect inherent mechanical properties provide highest biocompatibility specific nano-environment surrounding enzymes for improving stability, catalytic performance, reaction’s activities. on considerably enhances robustness durability its frequent applications, which reduces overall expenses bio-catalytic process. There are various types i.e. metal nanoparticles, oxide, carbonaceous materials (carbon nanotubes, graphene, activated carbon), that have been used enzyme. So durability, activity, leaching enzyme, steadiness evaluated their continual operation.
